Is medical tourism safe?

Yes – when done with a reputable facilitator. We only work with accredited hospitals and vetted specialists. We maintain strict safety protocols and 24/7 support. Our track record shows that patients who follow doctor advice and aftercare with our guidance do well.

We specialize in India, Pakistan, Thailand, China and Turkey – all major medical hubs for Bangladeshi patients. However, we have contacts in other countries too and can discuss options if you’re interested in a different destination.

Costs vary by procedure and country. Generally, international treatment can cost significantly less than private care in Western countries, while offering comparable quality. We provide a free treatment plan and cost estimate based on your medical reports. There are no hidden fees – you pay exactly what is agreed in advance.

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage a companion for support. We can include a second person (often a caregiver or family member) in travel bookings and accommodations. Many of our partner hospitals have family facilities, and we can help arrange visas and accommodation for your loved ones.

We handle all appointments. After your case review, we coordinate directly with the chosen hospital to schedule your consultations and surgery dates. You simply need to approve the plan and travel to the destination – we manage the rest.

In an emergency, we can quickly arrange an air ambulance or local ambulance service. We also have contacts with hospitals around Asia that can admit you on short notice. Your NUSFA coordinator is reachable 24/7 to manage any urgent situation.

Yes, we assist with all paperwork for medical visas (some countries also offer e-medical visas). We help prepare your documentation, fill out forms, and follow up with embassies so that you can get your travel documents with minimal hassle.

Wherever you go, you will have a Bangladeshi coordinator and/or interpreter by your side. Our staff in every country can translate between Bengali, English, and the local language to ensure clear communication between you, your doctors, and our team.

Bangladesh has skilled doctors, but for some complex or advanced treatments (especially specialized surgeries or equipment-intensive procedures), overseas hospitals may offer more options or shorter waiting times. Medical tourism is an affordable way to access cutting-edge care abroad. Our mission is to make that journey safe, easy and reassuring.
