Welcome to NUSFA, a Bangladesh-based leader in international medical tourism. For over five years, we have been arranging world-class medical care abroad with a personal touch that respects Bangladeshi values. Each year, Bangladeshi patients travel overseas for high-quality treatment – an estimated $4.7 billion was spent abroad in 2024 alone. They seek destinations like India, Thailand, Malaysia, China and Turkey for their proven combination of affordable cost, advanced expertise and accredited care. NUSFA bridges that gap.

From the first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up, we handle every step of your medical journey. We partner with internationally recognized hospitals in key countries – including Dr. Ziauddin Hospital and Bahria International (Pakistan); Apollo, Max, Manipal and Medica (India); Bangkok Hospital, Samitivej and MedPark (Thailand); top hospitals in China’s Yunnan province; and Medicana and Medipol (Turkey). Many of these partners are JCI-accredited and renowned for excellence. This network lets us match each patient with the right hospital and doctor for their needs.

We understand that the idea of seeking treatment far from home can be daunting. That’s why our approach is truly patient-centric: we speak your language (Bangla and English), respect your culture, and keep families involved. By providing clear, empathetic support and transparent pricing at every stage, we ensure comfort, confidence and dignity throughout the process.

Why Choose NUSFA

Choosing a medical tourism partner is a crucial decision. Here’s what sets NUSFA apart:

One-Stop, End-to-End Service

We truly do it all – from medical advice and hospital selection to travel and aftercare. You deal with one team (us), not dozens of middlemen. This single-point-of-contact approach is proven to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Five Years of Expertise

We have a proven track record in Bangladesh’s medical tourism sector. Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of patients with thousands of procedures. This experience means we know exactly how to navigate different hospitals’ systems and country regulations.

World-Class Network

Our partnerships with top international hospitals (many JCI-accredited) ensure you receive care that meets global standards. We highlight trusted brands and accreditations in our recommendations, so you know you’re choosing reputable care.

Patient-Centric Transparency

We are completely open about costs and processes. You’ll get detailed, upfront pricing and nothing is hidden. Bangladeshi patients especially value this clarity – we always explain procedures in simple terms and guide you through bills, ensuring you only pay what was agreed.

Affordable Quality

We seek the best value for you. Through our hospital ties, we often secure negotiated rates. Combining modern treatments with cost-effective options (a key advantage of medical tourism), we deliver high-quality care at a fraction of what it might cost elsewhere.

Cultural Comfort:

As a Bangladeshi company, we speak your language (Bangla and English) and understand your needs. We provide local coordinators and translators in every country, respect cultural and religious practices, and make sure you feel “at home” abroad. We prioritise familial compassion at every step.

Ethical & Confidential

Your safety and dignity come first. We operate under strict ethics, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent. All communications and records are protected. We follow international medical regulations and always advocate for the patient’s best interest.

High Satisfaction

Our clients frequently remark on the ease and care of our service. In fact, like other top agencies in Bangladesh, NUSFA maintains a high patient satisfaction rate. Our focus on clear communication and genuine support turns patients into long-term supporters.

In short, NUSFA brings together global standards and local empathy. We don’t just coordinate your treatment – we build a bridge of trust and comfort between you and the world’s best healthcare.

FAQ

Ask us
Anything

Is medical tourism safe?

Yes – when done with a reputable facilitator. We only work with accredited hospitals and vetted specialists. We maintain strict safety protocols and 24/7 support. Our track record shows that patients who follow doctor advice and aftercare with our guidance do well.

We specialize in India, Pakistan, Thailand, China and Turkey – all major medical hubs for Bangladeshi patients. However, we have contacts in other countries too and can discuss options if you’re interested in a different destination.

Costs vary by procedure and country. Generally, international treatment can cost significantly less than private care in Western countries, while offering comparable quality. We provide a free treatment plan and cost estimate based on your medical reports. There are no hidden fees – you pay exactly what is agreed in advance.

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage a companion for support. We can include a second person (often a caregiver or family member) in travel bookings and accommodations. Many of our partner hospitals have family facilities, and we can help arrange visas and accommodation for your loved ones.

We handle all appointments. After your case review, we coordinate directly with the chosen hospital to schedule your consultations and surgery dates. You simply need to approve the plan and travel to the destination – we manage the rest.

In an emergency, we can quickly arrange an air ambulance or local ambulance service. We also have contacts with hospitals around Asia that can admit you on short notice. Your NUSFA coordinator is reachable 24/7 to manage any urgent situation.

Yes, we assist with all paperwork for medical visas (some countries also offer e-medical visas). We help prepare your documentation, fill out forms, and follow up with embassies so that you can get your travel documents with minimal hassle.

Wherever you go, you will have a Bangladeshi coordinator and/or interpreter by your side. Our staff in every country can translate between Bengali, English, and the local language to ensure clear communication between you, your doctors, and our team.

Bangladesh has skilled doctors, but for some complex or advanced treatments (especially specialized surgeries or equipment-intensive procedures), overseas hospitals may offer more options or shorter waiting times. Medical tourism is an affordable way to access cutting-edge care abroad. Our mission is to make that journey safe, easy and reassuring.
